Strip & Re-Lay vs. Overlay
Depending on the condition of your roof, we offer two solutions:
Strip & Re-Lay
We remove all old layers down to the joists. We check for rot, install a new OSB3 structural deck, new insulation, and a new waterproofing system. This is the most thorough option.
Overlay
If your existing timber deck is perfectly sound, we may be able to install a new liquid or felt system directly over the old one. This saves time, money, and landfill waste.
Disposal of Materials
