When we strip a roof, we inspect the deck. If we find rot or "spongy" boards, we replace them with 18mm OSB3 (SmartPly) or Marine Grade Plywood.

We install PIR Insulation Boards (like Kingspan/Celotex) on top of your roof deck. This creates a "Warm Roof," preventing condensation and significantly lowering your heating bills.
